Participants will maintain 2 metres between each other at all times (unless they are members of a family/friends bubble).  

Masks will be worn at the meeting location, but not while on the trails, as activity will be outdoors and physically-distanced.

Participants will travel in separate vehicles to out-of-town starting locations (unless members of a family/friends).
